Css Profile Fee waiver

I am international Student who applied for ED to columbia this year, since I am out of USA I couldn't pay the fee there is no an access of master card and my family's financial hardship, so that I asked fee waiver but they didn't provide to me yet , and the date is almost near Nov 14 is today . i worried alot what shall I do ? please share me your experience
