I just want to host a server without AI locally to look at the maps.

Why can't I do that? I just want to look at the maps without players to memorise it better.
There are experiences which I can play alone, like a vehicle training or shooting range, but if I try to create myself on the portal website, I can't turn off AI or change the max player count.
