According to the underside of my bucket inside the recycling ♻️ symbol is the number 2 and under that is HDPE as the plastic its made of, the handle is metal, the plastic hand hold has no markings on it whatsoever.

This bucket does not specifically say food safe. Has anybody used this bucket or have any insight on whether this bucket could be used as a fermentation bucket? The cost of 2 of these buckets is equivalent to a normal fermentation bucket.
