No Faces/Makeup on Style Showdown

so I just recently started playing Roblox with a friend of mine and she's got me hooked on DTI. We've been playing Style Showdown, and after playing a few times I can no longer select makeup/faces. I'm really bummed because it's kinda important lol. I've restarted the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, but nothing is working :( Does anyone have any tips or ideas? TIA!!
