Hi everyone! We’re expanding our team and looking for an individual to join us as a Remote Talent Acquisition Partner.

📝 Role: Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote)
🗓 Schedule: No fixed 9–5 — we only require the agreed body of work and successful candidate sourcing
🏡 Work Setup: Fully remote
🚀 Start Date: Immediate
📘 Training: Provided
💼 Compensation: Equity in the company, with allocation based on your experience and performance (While our fundraising phase has not yet commenced, preliminary projections indicate that compensation for this role is expected to begin at approximately $30 per hour, with structured quarterly increases. Full compensation details will be outlined in the formal contract.)
🌍 Location: Open to applicants from any country

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to bring strong talent into the company. This is a long-term role for someone serious about helping us grow.
