What has the highest priority Castorice LC or Hyacine LC?

Im close to reaching pity so i might not end up getting anything but idk what would make the better team.

Would be better going for Hyacine’s and using the BP S0 one for Cas or going for Cas LC and going for Cyrene’s LC on the time i have left
