“An error has occurred” when opening PS Store & PS Plus – tried everything

My PS4 refuses to open the PlayStation Store and PS Plus, Clicking either instantly throws: „an error has occured“

What I’ve already tried: • Connected via mobile hotspot • Manual DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) • Updated system software • Rebuild database in safe mode • Restore licenses in Account Management • Cleared cache

Please help
