Docker Not Showing In DH2300 App Store?

Maybe I'm just blind, but I was looking through the app center for the DH2300 I just got in today and I couldn't find Docker in there. I also checked pretty much every setting I could find and can't seem to figure out a way to open the terminal. I'm a bit new to Debian, so I'm kind of stuck at the moment.
