Does anyone else feel uncomfortable with NSFW media of video game characters you've actually played with?

I have this weird thing where I don't care about seeing gooner posts of characters from a game I don't play or don't plan on ever playing. Yet, when it comes to games I actually play (Valorant, Skyrim, etc) any time I see those characters in an NSFW post I get highly uncomfortable. Why is that? Does anyone else feel this way?
