Question about Gamepass Premium and cloud gaming on PC

Since I am a Gamepass user who mainly uses a Windows PC to play via cloud gaming, (using the Xbox APP for windows) I want to know if this will still be possible if I pay for Gamepass Premium instead of GPUltimate, since the price of Ultimate is out of my monthly budget, I don't care about day 1 releases, only if I'm able to play games on PC using the Xbox App, via Xbox cloud , thanks in advance
