Xbox account suspended for 2 weeks

While playing FUT Rivals, I got notification that my account is suspended for 2 weeks. I have absolutely no idea what for. I made an appeal to xbox to ask them why. Has anyone of you ever been in this position? Should I also contact EA? I think Xbox has done this for all my multiplayer games, not just EA FC 26
