Are there enough pools where you live?
As the weather got cold in my small Canadian city I realize that the town is really short at least one swimming pool. The number of people visiting daily has skyrocketed since the colder fall weather arrived. I presume that those are people who lightly exercised outdoors and got chased away by the weather as most are very casual swimmers.
The problem is that now I get to share a lane with someone pretty much every time I go the pool and usually with people who don't have the skills to share a lane.
What's the situation where you live? What is a "reasonable" ratio of swimming pools to residents?
