Annoyed

So I am a college student and on the weekends I like to get away from campus because I live in the dorms. I usually go to my step-father’s house because it’s only 20 mins away and he is not there over the weekend. The bed I have there doesn’t have a pillow so I borrow my mom’s with permission. I was on a call with my mom recently and she mentioned buying me a new pillow and when I asked why she said that my step dad was making passive aggressive comments about a ‘pillow thief’. Not much else to this just a bit pissed off.
