HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MOBIUSENGINE: For Anyone Trying to Apply as a Marketing Analyst in MobiusEngine.ai - JUST DON'T kasi RED FLAG!! 🚩🚩

So, I applied to MobiusEngine.ai via LinkedIn. Then they emailed me like a month after applying (that time I was not interested anymore). Then they emailed me again last October, and I said why the heck not. Wala naman kasing negative reviews sa kanila dito sa Reddit or sa Google search (at the time). So, I proceeded.

I should have seen the red flags: no interview, diretso signing of contract and NDA. Of course, NDA so di ko masasabi dito yung specifics. Pero grabe sa LOWBALL offer. Pero goods lang kasi kaya naman magawa ng 45 mins to 1 hr (kung malakas yung internet, mabilis yung team lead sa response, at hindi lagging yung tool na ginagamit). I tried lang kasi sideline lang tingin ko dun.

Then comes the time na working na ako. It takes about 3 to 5 hours of waiting for the team lead's response (di kasi makakaproceed sa work kung wala yung ibibigay ni team lead). Kaya di ko matapos tapos within 45mins to 1hr lang sana.

Eto pa yung malala, yung tool, pwede lang siya magamit exactly for 1 month lang. Yung tool na yun is parang cold mailing and lead generation. Pagkatapos ng 1 month, tanggal ka na. Sabi kasi dun sa contract na after the trial period, you can proceed to full time. E paano magiging full time e hindi naman basehan yung performance ko (for info, I was able to meet the expected results of this job per day)! Kahit na maganda performance mo or hindi, mawawala talaga yung tool within 1 month so tanggal ka na!

And get this, yung sahod is 800php plus lang PER WEEK! Yes, you heard that right. It would have been okay kung nagrerespond lang kaagad yung team lead. Pero hindi e. Kaya mas natatagalan yung work. Kung hindi naman magwowork, walang sahod.

Alam niyo yung scheme nila? MAG-HIRE NG MARAMING PINOY NA WILLING kasi every month pwede nilang palitan ng bagong hire na panibagong biktima sa scheme nila. So, panalo sila kasi ang laki ng kita nila pero sobrang liit ng pasahod! Parang human trafficking na nga yung ganap e!

AND I KNOW KASALANAN KO DIN TO. Bakit ba kasi pinagpatuloy ko pa kung alam kong ang liit lang ng sahod and palaging natatagalan sa work? I was expecting kasi na after the trial period, pwedeng maging full time with higher pay per hour. Maganda performance ko e! Proactive pa nga ako sa recommendations kung anong maganda gawin sa process para mas maging efficient. Pero WALA! Kasi kahit pala na maganda yung performance, hanggang one month ka lang talaga and di ka na ifufull time!

So, for those na nag-apply sa kanila and trying to apply, wag na. Masisira lang ang buhay niyo.
