Landlord didn’t fill out notice of petition correctly?

Hello,

I am a tenant LOCATION: NYand my landlord has started a holdover against me. I no longer live there but the landlord is continuing the case anyway.

Currently, I have been served a notice of petition. There was a virtual summons which i did attend which just involved someone taking down my info. However the court date itself is not listed on the notice, and no one told me my trial date is next week. Was this the landlords job and they didn’t do that correctly?
