Knife/Glove Trade-Up Suggestion (maybe kinda)

Seeing as how the new method to obtain knives/gloves has driven the cost of cover items much higher than previously, and in some cases, such as the Buzzkill, the cost has risen exponentially. Maybe remove the restriction of obtaining an item from the collections that the weapons belong to and open it up to getting a knife or gloves from any collection, regardless of which reds are used. Do you think that would bring prices back down a decent amount or just cause the Chinese market to inflate ALL reds beyond affordability for the majority of people?
