Anyone remember the spice mix “curry soulon” (karisoulon)? Trying to find the recipe or old FB video

Hi all, I’m looking for the spice mix I used to buy in supermarkets called curry soulon (karisoulon/carichoulon). I can’t find it anywhere now.

I remember it had urad dal and black mustard seeds, but I’ve forgotten the rest. Years ago I saw a Facebook video where the ‘creator’ of the mix showed how he made it. I saved it, but it’s gone from my account.

If anyone knows:

• the full ingredient list or quantities
• where it’s still sold
• or has that old video
