Tailor bunions pain

I'm looking for specifics on what and where tailor bunion pain occurs? How quickly did it progress?

Context, I have been to three podiatrists. One said it was a tailors bunions and the other two said it wasn't. I'm feeling all sorts of mysterious aches in my foot now. Is it all in my head or is only 1 out of 3 podiatrists right.
