Anyone else?

Anyone else hear a noise when turning at low speeds? It only happens when the car is cold. Once the car gets warmed up the sound isn't there anymore.. It seems to be more present when its colder outside..

Vehicle: 2019 Q5

Sound: 'wowowowow' or 'moaning' or 'wuh wuh wuh'

It sounds like its coming from the front somewhere. Not engine related... it comes when turning both ways, left and right.. it is not there at higher speeds, only when turning at low speeds (below 10mph)

It is not a grinding sound and does not change with load change... (wheel bearing)..

Also new tires installed with no help...

Anyone experience something similar? What could it be...
