Black Friday family activity away from crowds?

Hi there,

We are six people trying to figure out what to do the day after Thanksgiving. Two seniors, two adults, two boys (7 and 10). All the adults have been to NYC a million times and even lived there at points. No need to do anything super touristy. But not really sure where to take the kids. We will be going to the Brooklyn Botanic Lightscape at 5pm, so we don't really want another big museum experience. Ideally something seasonal, outdoors, or small and not crowded. Ideas?
