Base Tool - PTR question

To those of you testing the base tool on the PTR, as I understand it, the "right-click" option puts your stored base back in the same spot it was before storage.

My question, once you've right-clicked and before you accept, can you raise the base up a foundation height or more?

I ask, because my main base, I've run into some conflicts with the world that a height of foundation or two would overcome, but raising my now 20 wall height base will be quite the undertaking.
