Ridiculous address length request.

Ordered an EVO on Monday. Was just asked for an abbreviated delivery address. Apparently, addresses longer than 35 CHARACTERS are too long. Considering most addresses in the US are longer than this (especially if someone lives in an apartment), this request seems unreasonable. All said, the absolute shortest my address can be without obfuscation is 44 characters. I've replied to their customer service rep and have yet to hear back. Anyone experienced similar issues?
