How to approach a buyer about changing negative feedback?

A buyer left me negative feedback over something that was clearly stated in the description and shown in the listing photos. I'd like to contact them about changing the feedback, however I don't wanna come off as passive-aggressive or threatening about it. Anyone got suggestions on what I can say to them, like in a nice way? I'm not really a people person lol.
