Story Cards

Has anyone had much experience with using them? I don’t know why on my phone it doesn’t expand the table space to write in the so I haven’t bothered, but I’m wondering if they’re worth the effort? My most recent story ahem “The Right Hand of Darkness” was getting pretty good and I was super engaged, but then things started to fall apart consistency wise. Like, half the characters seem to be totally different than who they were originally in just a very short span of time.

If a story is going to have important side characters, and for them to remain consistent, should I be putting in a story card for each one?

I should mention this story is pretty heavy into political subterfuge. Like I don’t think it’s complicated in that sense, but as more characters get added to the narrative I can only guess the AI has a harder time keeping up, but has anyone had better experiences with larger ensembles? Any tips on how I can tweak the setup to be better?
