Biking Golden Gate Bridge

Is it possible to bike half way to the golden gate bridge and then bike back the other half? I wasn't sure if we are only allowed to bike one way. Would we have to walk back? I plan on renting e-bikes from Blazing Saddles but only have 4 hours in the city.

Plan:

2pm-4pm Rice Roll Express, Tancca, Tony's Pizza Napoletana ---> walk to blazing saddles

4pm-6pm Bike to golden gate bridge then bike back halfway and spend the evening at Fisherman's Wharf
