Got new bloods: Is my high T caused solely by adrenal production ? Does it get blocked by SHBG?

NSFWBloodwork

Hello Hello

Just got another blood test done, this time only two days before through. That's a lot better than the five last time !!! :P

Regimen: 7mg Een/week, 6.25mg cyproterone acetate every other day. Also biotin 300mcg/day, but to my understanding a dose below 1mg shouldn't interfere, right?

E 410 pg/mL or 1507 pmol/L

T 69 ng/dL or 2.4 nmol/L

LH 0.1U/L

FSH 0.3U/L

DHEAS 15,5 µmol/L (i don't really know shit about this one, doc's tryna figure out why a teenage male has above female estradiol lol)

My last blood test at five days before through showed about 120 SHBG, so high. I wasn't on cypro at the time. Been taking it for something like 1.5 months. I also posted the previous test results here, you can check it out if needed.

Is a T level like this truly harmful, or would the SHBG simply block all of it? Is the T solely adrenal, as the LH and FSH are very low? Is it worth getting bicalutamide to block it at the receptor?

Love yall!!!
