Diagnosed but not confirmed? Advice please

Hello, I’m new here and to this illness, and apologies for how long this will be but I need major advice please!!

I am a 20yo female and have been struggling with stomach issues for most of my life, but the past 2-4 years I’ve been in and out of the emergency room for awful worsening stomach pain and would always be told it was a bladder infection/ bladder and colon infection that they thought was my appendix rupturing because of the symptoms. I already have Hidradenitis Suppurativa, and my constant pain started bad after the Humira I was taking for my HS started making my HS worse and I had to stop taking. I got on Mounjaro and lost over 100 pounds after being overweight/obese pretty much my whole life and it helped a bit but a few months ago when I lost enough weight my insurance stopped paying for it. I started seeing a nutritionist, who I have access to my medical records and she found that I was diagnosed with Crohns in one of the emergency rooms 2 years ago where they did a CT scan and “Found Crohns without complications” but they never mentioned it to me at all. My symptoms have been getting so bad I wake up crying from back, stomach, and pelvic pain, I switch every day between having diarrhea and being constipated, it hurts to eat, it hurts not to eat, I have went from 166 pounds to 200 pounds in only 4 months while eating less and having diarrhea, and I’m EXHAUSTED all the time, I constantly am falling asleep everywhere from how tired I am and will sleep through anything. Can anyone offer me any advice? I’m getting a colonoscopy in about 2 weeks. If anyone is curious I am more than willing to list out all of the symptoms I am dealing with but there are so many.
