Desperately seeking advice on 6 month old sleep

Infant Sleep

I don’t know what i am doing wrong and I am seeking advice on my BF 6 month old (also takes bottle with formula when needed). From birth she hasn’t been a great sleeper, she’s never slept long stretches at night. She did have intolerences and we didn’t know until 2 months old, so she had silent reflux and couldn’t lay on his back. This was easily fixed with dieting. From birth to 3 months we were up every hour or maybe maximum 2 hours with her in a bassinet. Lots of crying.

Paid for a “gentle” sleep consultant to help us, but she who basically wanted to do CIO and I can’t handle baby crying at all.

A few months after birth we co slept and it definitely provided me some relief with getting more sleep. Maybe 5 times in her life she has given me a 4/5 hour stretch but it’s very very rare. She has always woken up early before 6:30am.

Now she is 6 months and is waking up hourly/2 hours again and the pacifier won’t soothe her so I feed back to sleep. SHe always wakes up from 4:30am-5:30am. I’ve pushed his bedtime to 6:45pm and for 2 days she woke up at 5:20 but today it went back to 4:40am.

All naps are contact. 2.25/2.5/2.5/3 would roughly be her wake window schedule. Day naps 3-4hrs if contact. In cot she lasts one sleep cycle

Open to any advice and tips to help support her at night 🙏🏻 😌 thank you so very much
