Elevated HGH ng/ml

Had bloodwork in August and HGH ng/ml levels were at 1. Had follow up bloodwork in October due to experiencing some anxiety that lead to insomnia, stress, high cortisol levels. HGHng/ml came back at a 12.

My doctor wants to repeat the blood work to check on levels and if still elevated she is referring me to an endocrinologist. Any thoughts on what may be going on?
