Shed Replacement Recommendations

I live in Austin, TX and have a metal shed sitting on a concrete foundation. The shed was damaged and I had some insurance money given for a replacement. I am looking for 10x10-10x16 recommendations. I will not be in my current home longer than the next 3 years and am trying to balance practicality, cost, keep pest out, not an eye sore. I am open to any and all suggestions under $4.2k (would like to spend under if possible).
