Not posting my face on social media

I’m a 23 M . I’ve started few days ago to stop posting myself on social media and honestly I feel better . It’s calm , peaceful and everything. But I have some concern because I’m a quiet guy , kind of a nerd (proud to be lol) & I am an IT and mainly work with mens at my work. That lead to somes concerns will I be able to meet the love of life without posting on social media ? Or I’m shooting myself in the foot? I take every advice! Thank you so much in advance :)
