Just found out that us women have a higher chance of getting cancer because we choose to be childfree.
I'm 18, and like… I already know I’m not trying to have kids for, honestly, a whole 18 years at least. So I’m not about to bring a child into this world when I’m literally aware of that. And I feel like I’m way more mature than people my age just because I kinda had to grow up fast, you know? Like mentally I’ve been through a lot, so I just think differently.
And then I was doing some research and I’m seeing stuff saying we have a higher chance of getting cancer and I’m like… okay, but why does everything always loop back to us HAVING A KID? Like who, genuinely, hated us so bad that they decided to raise our chances of getting cancer just because we don’t want a baby? It’s actually insane.
