Is anyone else having trouble getting into the game

Like I'm getting in kinda, like I get to the loading screen but then the 'saving your save file, shouldn't take more than 90 seconds' pops up and I let it load for 15 minutes, reopened it, waited 20 and it just won't let me in the game
