Hostel Business Partner 2026 up to 2040

I rented a 400 sqm lot in Poblacion 5, GL and I’m planning to turn it into a cozy hostel—something like Three Little Birds Hostel vibes.

There’s already a 100+ sqm bungalow on the lot that just needs some renovation. The plan is to start small with around 16 bunk beds so we can get things running, then build and expand little by little. Next phase would be a 2-storey structure that can fit 20–25 more bunks, so hopefully within a year we’ll have around 36 bunkbeds. Then continue growing from there until it becomes a fully established hostel.

My business partner had to back out for personal reasons, but my vision is still super clear and I’m set on starting renovations early next year—hopefully in time for the summer season.

The lot contract is good for 15 years, so there’s a lot of room to build and improve.

Btw, I have a consultancy firm in Manila, so this hostel will be more of my passive income project. I can supervise everything, or you can also help out with supervision and management—totally open to that.
