Lake Atitlán to GUA: Final Night Dilemma

I will be there for a week long solo trip. My final days are in San Juan La Laguna. Flight is Saturday at 2:20 PM from GUA.

Trying to maximize my time at the lake. Should I:

1. Option A: Leave Friday afternoon (2 PM), spend the night in Antigua, and take the short shuttle to GUA Saturday AM?
2. Option B: Stay at the lake Friday night, take the early 5:00 AM shared shuttle direct to GUA Saturday morning?
