Help - Rapid Summoning of High Life Minions

I want to summon as many High Life Minions as fast as possible with the idea of blowing them up via Bodyswap of Sacrifice thru the use of Totems.

I'm sure the trigger will be either Lancing Steel CoC, CWC, or some form of Brand. But what are some of the highest life minions that can be spammed?

I'm unsure how the targeting would work on Raise Spectre and if it could even be trusted to spam the correct Spectre, but I was wondering if Giant Raging Spirits may have the life to justify this. # of Minions will certainly be a limiter but if I can spam them fast enough I'm hoping it'll be a wash lol.

Delusional? Literally no idea which way to go with this, just brainstorming bad ideas.
