Y'all...I was not expecting the gyno to feel my breasts

I am 21 and just had my first appointment. I always assumed that she was just going to do a pap smear... but oh I was wrong...she opened my gown and started feeling my breasts! I asked my friend and she told me that her gyno checked hers too, but she said that she kept her shirt on and they just had her unhook her bra. My doctor had me in a gown that opened in the front and so they were exposed when she checked them and when she listened to my heart! Idk it's just uncomfy and I felt really exposed! She said that her doctor also didn't put her arm above her head (mine did).

Is all of this normal?! It's just uncomfortable!

Also this is just as uncomfy as the pap! Why don't people rant about it !!
