My husband has a burnout and is depressed , what’s Sheras advice?

Advice

Me and my husband have been married now for almost 2yrs. He makes seven figures and provides everything without a question and money and luxury aren’t an issue. 2 months ago he lost his dad unexpectedly. It was a hard hit for his family but he, as the oldest son took it in a way that I couldn’t see coming. A month ago he began working 15+ hours a day and wouldn’t inform me anything. He’d go to his dads old home after work just lie there and shut off his phone. We had a long talk a few days ago and he asked me to let him grieve the loss and that he needs to take care of his family. I was kinda surprised because as his wife am I not part of his family?😆I’m doing my own thing and not letting myself drown in the sorrow even though it is tragic.

I get it that in these situations it’s not my place to make it all about myself especially when he has a big family where the youngest sons are 2 and 4 years old and he feels responsibility. But I’m interested to know what would y’all do in this situation? I’m not suspecting cheating or any that kind of stuff, he is just extremely burned out and is pushing himself to the limits in a way where i can see his eyebags from a mile away.
