Mortgage Broker Seeking Best Construction Loan Products to Offer

We've been working with agency construction loan products - conventional, VA, etc... and I am looking to expand our portfolio of what we can offer to have more flexibility. Hoping I can get some advice here.

Looking for:

- business purpose construction loans, closeable in business name

- two close, traditional personal construction loans with solid lenders, decent process, etc...
