In game map issue

Ever since the update, every time I try to open my in game map it takes me straight to my inventory and I have to manually input to get back to the map after closing it? Does anyone else have this issue? If so, what’s the fix so that whenever I open my in game map it takes me directly back to the map instead of to my inventory
