Nova 5X audio directionality and footsteps

Hi there! I just read some comments online saying the nova 5x isn't the best when it comes to discerning the direction of audio? particularly the footsteps in CS and such.

I just bought them and they're arriving in a week so I wanted to ask if this is an issue with these headphones. I sometimes play FPS games so that matters a lot to me :z

TLDR: Can you tell where enemies are precisely from hearing their footsteps using the Nova 5X?

thank you
