Is this too big?

Just got this tennis bracelet and I’m feeling like it might be a bit too big, I got a 7” bracelet and my wrist measures at 6.5”, I took it to a jeweler for his opinion and he said it fits right, he said it’s too loose enough that there’s no tension. Thought?
