Inconsistent Auto Start/Stop

My '24 Lariat seems inconsistent with lane assist and the auto-start stop. When I have the stop assist ON, lane assist and auto-start stop remain disengaged. When I turn off park assist the auto-start stop turns on. Is this a feature or a bug?
