My Husband (33M) and I (35F) are visiting in laws soon- MIL boils my blood

We are visiting my in laws for the holidays. My MIL has historically been a drama starter, self centered and has caused many rifts between me and my husband. (trying to move her wedding guests from my wedding hotel the month before the wedding). Deep down, I only visit for my husband's sake. He loves visiting his hometown.

This year we are traveling with our 6 mon old. She keeps asking us to do activities that are not possible with a baby. Think concerts, dinners that require longer car rides. When we told her that's not possible she suggests one of us stay home(im sure she means me).

My blood is already boiling - idk how to handle it. Am I overthinking her planned activities are trying to cause drama? Am I the problem?
