Next Steps after 1st Rating?

After many decades of being out of the military, I had enough pain and filed my first claim earlier this year. It finally settled and I received a rating of 70%.

Like I said, I’ve been out for decades. What are my next steps? How long before a local VA facility will have me in the system? Should I schedule a primary care appointment or go in and talk to someone first?

I was told that 30% was a “magic number”. Are there any other benefits of being over 30% ?
