Starting salary as a pre-licensed clinician?

I will be graduating next month with my masters in counseling and will be pursuing my RMHCI licensure in Florida shortly after. I was just hired for a full-time position and the salary is $58k with a caseload of 28-30 clients. This includes 2 weeks of PTO and free supervision. There is no health insurance offered however, a $150 monthly reimbursement is given towards your health insurance. I really don't know anything about health insurance, so I have no idea if that is standard or not.

I'm conflicted because the caseload is pretty high and I don't want to face burnout. I also know that many private practices offer a 60/40 split, which would likely be more than what I'm getting paid. The math for me basically comes out to $40 per client hour, which doesn't seem all that good. I'm curious what your starting salary was as a pre-licensed clinician and if anyone can offer insight?
