Clueless with makeup
Hey there everyone,
I haven’t worn makeup in over 10 years and have no idea where to start. When I looked up videos I got a little overwhelmed.
I really want to learn the basics and start out practicing with a natural, glowy, simple look.
I have a pale, neutral skin tone and have had a hard time finding the right shade. I also have combination skin, and Sjorgen’s disease, so I tend to use hypoallergenic products.
My favorite foundation of all time was the Cover FX Natural Finish in shade N0. But that’s been discontinued for a long time, I think. It was oil free, it also worked with my allergies.
I’ve used to use the Stila color corrector primer before, but I really don’t know anything about primer in general.
Honestly, just kinda stumped and have a few questions:
What foundation and primer should I be trying?
Are there any mascaras, liners, shadows that work well with dry eye?
What products and techniques do you recommend to get started?
What are the best makeup blogs to learn from?
I truly appreciate any help, thank you!
