Perianal abscess I&D recovery

Me again 🤣🙈 I had I&D surgery 15 days ago, my wound is 0.8cm deep by 1.3cm length. Healing well still have very loose packing and serous drainage. I have really bad health anxiety and ptsd from traumatic emergency surgery 8 years ago so I am struggling mentally to stay positive. I am having no pain and hoping this has been a one off occurrence and no fistula. I am just wondering when everyone went back to normal everyday activities? I am still resting a lot, doing bare minimum, which as a mum of 2 is still getting up and getting everyone ready and to school (20 min walk each way) and light housework and cooking but otherwise resting as I am scared of hindering recovery but it’s pushing me further into a bit of a bad head space not living as normal. Should I be getting back to normal now?
