Need advice

Hello I'm 16 my girlfriend is 15 we live in the UK so health care isn't a problem however I found out she is pregnant and doesn't want an abortion so I plan to support her funky in her choice however I have no parents and hers will react badly so I need advice on what to do(she is adament on keeping it so abortion is out the question?
