Not sure what’s going on with my cat

My cat is 2 years old and she’s a Siamese cat.

My cat started to seem sad and wouldn’t run or play anymore. I took her to the vet after but for her first check up and vaccines and they gave her 3 shots one for rabies one for infection of the heart (don’t remember the name) and leukemia. I did mention that she seemed sad before but they didn’t really touch up on the subject. After that week we had to take her back because she still seemed sad and that’s not like her at all. She’s usually very talkative and runs and asks for her churr tubes every morning. When I took her back to the vet I mentioned finding seed like things in her bed and it possibly being tapeworms so they dewormed her and did blood work.

Vet only told me that she might have a urinary infection but they weren’t sure and to take her back in a week if she was still the same and she came out negative for tapeworms.

It’s now week 3 and she is walking around now but still seems sad and doesn’t play or run. She won’t even hop on top of the table like she likes to do.
